What you get to do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure understanding and compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage the hiring workflow, including job postings, assessments, offer letters, initial phone/video/onsite screenings, and onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in HRIS and follow up on any missing or incomplete new hire documentation.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers in selecting the most suitable candidates.
  • Assist managers in utilizing ATS and HRIS systems effectively.
  • Support the Talent Manager in developing creative talent and engagement strategies.
  • Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Human Resources team.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as Equifax, in responding to unemployment claims.
  • Maintain accurate HR records using UKG software.
  • Cross-train in various HR functional areas.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and best practices in the industry.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all personnel information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Talent Manager or HR department managers.
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.

Experience we are looking for:

  • High school diploma; college degree is preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with UltiPro (UKG) is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
