Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and detail-oriented HR Director to lead our innovative healthcare organization focused on anesthesia practice management. The successful candidate will drive our human resources strategies, providing visionary leadership to enhance HR operations in line with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives, fostering employee engagement, retention, and overall productivity.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure HR initiatives support business goals, offering insights and recommendations on talent acquisition, organizational structure, and workplace culture.
  • Oversee recruitment and retention strategies for high-caliber talent, including executive roles, employing best practices to attract and integrate top-performing professionals.
  • Manage the development and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring adherence to industry standards and cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Advise and support senior leaders and department heads on HR-related issues, including performance evaluation, organizational growth, and succession planning.
  • Lead HR analytics and reporting initiatives, utilizing data to inform decision-making and promote ongoing enhancement.
  • Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution processes, encouraging a culture of transparency and equity.
  • Direct the management of employee benefits programs, collaborating with external partners to ensure competitive offerings and compliance with regulations.
  • Champion initiatives aimed at improving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, nurturing a culture of respect and belonging.
  • Guide and develop HR personnel, fostering a culture of high performance and supporting opportunities for professional advancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are highly regarded.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing HR strategies that contribute to organizational achievement.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably Paycom and other relevant software solutions.
