Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are highly advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing HR strategies that contribute to organizational achievements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Paycom and other relevant software tools.
