- Manage the creation and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring adherence to industry standards and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Advise and assist senior management and departmental leaders on HR issues, including performance evaluations, organizational growth, and succession planning.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting initiatives, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and promote ongoing enhancements.
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution, encouraging a culture of transparency and equity.
- Administer employee benefits programs, collaborating with external partners to ensure competitive offerings and compliance with legal standards.
- Champion initiatives aimed at improving diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, nurturing a culture of respect and belonging.
- Guide and develop HR personnel, cultivating a high-performance environment and supporting career advancement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and executing HR strategies that contribute to organizational achievements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Paycom and other relevant software tools.
