Job Overview

Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC) is a consultancy dedicated to enhancing resource management capabilities across federal organizations. Our team comprises seasoned professionals with extensive training and experience in various federal sectors, including the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community. Currently, HCRC is looking for a Soft Skills Instructor to collaborate with one of our federal partners.

Position Details

This role requires an onsite presence.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs in assigned areas of the organization.
  • Work closely with Instructional Designers to develop learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules.
  • Conduct training sessions, evaluate their effectiveness, and suggest necessary adjustments to the programs.
  • Analyze operational processes to identify effective training solutions.
  • Assess organizational challenges and training needs, presenting findings and recommendations to management.
  • Travel and work outside of regular hours may be required.

Position Summary

The Soft Skills Instructor will be responsible for leading Soft Skills Training initiatives. The instructor will adhere to a structured curriculum designed to enhance clients' soft skills, ultimately improving their employability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of curriculum and program development.
  • Familiarity with creating individual action plans.
  • Understanding of job search techniques, resume crafting, interview preparation, and professional soft skills.
  • Proven ability to integrate technology into educational programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
