Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and retention strategies for high-caliber talent, including senior-level roles, employing best practices to attract and integrate top performers.
  • Manage the development and execution of HR policies, ensuring adherence to industry standards and promoting a supportive work environment.
  • Advise and assist senior management and department leaders on HR-related issues, including performance evaluations, organizational growth, and succession planning.
  • Lead HR analytics and reporting initiatives, utilizing data to inform decision-making and drive ongoing enhancements.
  • Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution, nurturing a culture of transparency and equity.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, collaborating with external partners to ensure competitive offerings and compliance with legal standards.
  • Champion initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, cultivating a culture of respect and belonging.
  • Guide and develop HR personnel, promoting a culture of high performance and supporting career development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are highly advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing HR strategies that contribute to organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, preferably Paycom, and other relevant software tools.
