Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of standards and processes to ensure compliance and quality requirements.
  • Provide guidance on compliance matters to senior program leadership.
  • Mentor senior managers on compliance and financial reporting practices.
  • Establish processes for detailed metrics tracking across projects and regions.
  • Define procedures for participant enrollment, certification, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Manage procurement processes, subaward contracts, and compliance monitoring.
  • Define and monitor federal and state wage reporting requirements.
  • Provide consultation on funding agency requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Support program budget management to optimize resource allocation.
  • Manage compliance requirements and develop best practices.
  • Develop standards for transparent reporting to senior management and funding agencies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive compliance risk log and report to senior management.
  • Contribute to financial performance reporting and federal regulation adherence.
  • Develop and manage document and data management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in federal grant management, including relevant compliance regulations.
  • 4-5 years of experience in compliance management, quality assurance, or related fields.
  • Experience in nonprofit, renewable energy, or environmental sectors preferred.
  • Experience with federal grant reporting, particularly EPA or similar agencies.
