Russell Tobin's client, a software, hardware, and services technology company are seeking a Renewals Specialist to work remotely

The Renewals Specialist role is responsible for owning and executing the renewal lifecycle with our current customer base.

Employment Type: Contract/Remote

Pay rate: $25-$32/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Our client is looking for an energetic individual to join our team and help drive customer renewals.
  • This position is responsible for increasing retention, minimizing churn, locking in the most favorable terms, identifying growth opportunities, and passing insights back to the business.
  • The ability to create strategic partnerships with our customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success is essential to be successful in this position.

Required experience:

  • 1-3+ years' experience
  • Associate's degree (Community College, MBO)
  • Salesforce experience
