This dynamic position involves meticulously reviewing booked loans for accuracy and completeness, and making necessary corrections in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include aligning loan setups with documentation, ensuring lien perfection, facilitating HELOC/LOC renewals, and maintaining tracking records to monitor various data elements. Additionally, the role involves performing essential file maintenance tasks to uphold quality control standards Responsibilities: Consumer & Real Estate Quality Control: Verifies loan set-up on core is in accordance with terms and conditions of loan. Ensures documentation and lien perfection are in place while working with lenders to address timely error resolution. Completes file maintenance; accordingly, including set-up and maintenance of applicable Tracking Records for various reporting purposes. Reviews and monitors ARCU reports, including but not limited to Flood Insurance Tracking, LSI Tracking, Title Insurance Tracking, HELOC/LOC renewals. Audits reports for accuracy to ensure loan information matches between systems and is in compliance with applicable policy, procedure and or loan regulations. Verifies collateral for consumer loans and ensures liens are perfected. Cross-trains in other Loan Operations Specialist II roles with ability to cover and backup when necessary. Assists with identifying errors, correcting errors, and notifying responsible parties. Assists the Loan Operations Department with special projects as they come up.
