Client Overview:
Our client is a large food manufacturer with corporate office in Wilmington, Delaware. They are seeking an energetic and Spanish speaking Temp HR Office Assistant.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$17/hr
Position Overview:
The Temp HR Office Assistant is an assignment to cover a maternity leave. This Temp HR Office Assistant position is in the HR department and will report to HR Manager.
Responsibilities of the Temp HR Office Assistant:
- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department
- Fielding and directing incoming phone calls
- Maintaining emails, scheduling, and filing
- Have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Have a strong phone presence and attention to detail
- Be bilingual in Spanish & English
- Associate's degree is required
