Client Overview:

Our client is a large food manufacturer with corporate office in Wilmington, Delaware. They are seeking an energetic and Spanish speaking Temp HR Office Assistant.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17/hr

Position Overview:

The Temp HR Office Assistant is an assignment to cover a maternity leave. This Temp HR Office Assistant position is in the HR department and will report to HR Manager.

Responsibilities of the Temp HR Office Assistant:

  • Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department
  • Fielding and directing incoming phone calls
  • Maintaining emails, scheduling, and filing
Qualifications for the Temp HR Office Assistant:
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Have a strong phone presence and attention to detail
  • Be bilingual in Spanish & English
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's degree is required
