Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and HVAC technicians. If you have excellent organizational skills, a knack for multitasking, and a passion for providing top-notch service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments and maintenance visits.

Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates on service status.

Dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites and ensure they have all necessary information and materials.

Maintain detailed records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.

Monitor service progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Assist with inventory management and order parts and supplies as needed.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a service coordination, administrative or customer service role, preferably in the HVAC industry.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using scheduling and dispatch software.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and a team player.
