Service Center Operations Coordinator

This role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Service Center. Key responsibilities include performing duties such as document scanning, assisting with driver check-ins, providing support at the Gate Office, handling cashier responsibilities, and fulfilling receptionist tasks. Utilize scanning technology to ensure precise entry of invoices into the company's database. Aid in the collection and distribution of invoices. Provide assistance in Linehaul Dispatch as required. Welcome and gather information from drivers at the entrance. Direct visitors and truck drivers throughout the facility.

Manage cash reports, process invoices, prepare bank deposits, and confirm transaction accuracy. Offer telephone support, distribute applications, and greet visitors at the Service Center.

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug/alcohol testing
  • Minimum of 6 months relevant experience
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer applications

Preferred qualifications include experience in Customer Service, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and operation of multi-line phone systems.

Compensation:
$16.59-$21.16 Per Hour
