Position Summary
The Chain Link Services Coordinator will primarily oversee chain link operations, which include assessing the scope of work, securing quotes, and formulating customer pricing. This role will provide support to our sales and operations teams and will be responsible for managing the quality and pricing of services provided by our vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review chain link scopes of work/specifications on a site-by-site basis and verify accuracy with sales representatives or project managers.
  • Offer guidance on chain link processes to sales representatives and project managers.
  • Collaborate with chain link installers to obtain quotes.
  • Incorporate chain link permit costs into customer pricing.
  • Provide customer pricing to sales representatives for presentation to prospects/customers.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive records of chain link activities.
  • Assist the Capacity and Vendor Management team in identifying new installers in challenging or underserved markets.
  • Support other third-party services as required.
Strategic Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance relationships with chain link installers.
  • Deliver training on the scope of services and requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance chain link operations and processes.
