We are seeking a top-tier Direct Response Creative Strategist to join our team of high-growth mindset individuals to scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As Creative Strategist you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire creative creation, testing, and scaling process. This includes:

  • Developing and executing weekly creative tests
  • Working closely with the media buyers to improve tests and promote scale
  • Analyzing and optimizing the testing process for maximum learnings and performance
  • Managing a team of video editors to produce high-converting VSLs and video ads
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis to inform creative decisions
  • Collaborating with the copywriting team to develop compelling ad copy and scripts

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced Creative Director/Strategist for direct response brand or agency (preferably in the health niche)
  • Track record of scaling creatives on paid advertising to $10m+ in annual revenue
  • Interested in committing to a long-term opportunity with high salary

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Deep understanding of direct response marketing - especially copywriting and ecommerce best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to creative optimization
