You will also be responsible for conducting thorough research, analyzing market data, crafting go-to-market strategies, and reporting on brand effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a managerial mindset, a growth-oriented approach, agile decision-making capabilities, and strong leadership and influence skills.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business with a focus on Marketing

5+ years of relevant experience in a brand management role within an agency environment

Experience with startups and mass-market brands in the CPG sector

Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, including advertising, market research, consumer insights, and marketing analytics

A proven history of success in organizations known for their high-quality products/services

Strong skills in team development, leadership, communication, and interpersonal relations.

Exceptional collaboration and influencing abilities across various internal and external functions

Excellent organizational skills, prioritization capabilities, project management expertise, and financial acumen

Solid understanding of Search Engine Marketing, SEO, and Digital Marketing strategies

Familiarity with Amazon E-commerce platforms and their algorithms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, MS Office, Amazon Seller Central, Gantt Charts, and Project Management Software

Knowledge of FDA Compliance in packaging is advantageous

Responsibilities:
Develop strategic marketing plans

Manage and optimize P&L while driving market expansion

Enhance the company's public image through effective marketing strategies

Engage with internal stakeholders, including executives and marketing teams

Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on both immediate and long-term objectives
