Position Summary:

We are in search of a seasoned Art Director, a driven professional to join our creative team at the Austin, TX Campus. This role involves collaborating with a diverse group of creative talents to conceptualize and implement marketing and advertising strategies aimed at engaging both current and prospective students while adhering to the company's brand guidelines. Responsibilities will encompass the creation of print ads, direct marketing materials, textbooks, email campaigns, educational videos, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's business model and brand standards to guide marketing and design efforts.
  • Provide design and production assistance for all marketing and advertising initiatives across campuses.
  • Collaborate with the creative and executive teams on innovative marketing projects, utilizing graphics, copy, web content, and social media to achieve business goals.
  • Enhance the existing brand identity by leveraging current design and marketing materials.
  • Conduct analysis of market trends, student preferences, and competitive landscape to inform promotional strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with company objectives and budget constraints.
  • Create print and digital assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print media, email, and social platforms.
  • Design graphics for course catalogs, advertisements, marketing collateral, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Facilitate the approval process for designs and layouts, encouraging constructive feedback from team members.
  • Utilize project management tools to coordinate ideas from brainstorming sessions, establishing clear direction, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the creative team to foster innovation within the brand's identity and messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all platforms by collaborating with fellow creative team members.
  • Oversee the presentation of final design concepts and manage production and distribution for organizational use.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fine arts, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of professional experience in graphic design, particularly in print production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, and prototyping.
  • Ability to adhere to brand standards while focusing on business objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in both print and digital production.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with web design technologies and standards, including CSS 3 and HTML5.
  • A collaborative team player capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Prior experience in an art director role.
  • Knowledge of Figma and email development skills.
  • Professional appearance and reliability are essential.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, on-site at campus location.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $65,000 based on experience, plus monthly bonuses.
