  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with creative leads, strategists, and production teams to identify high-potential projects and guide them from conception to realization, focusing on client impact and award-winning potential.
  • Market Insight: Remain informed about industry trends, public relations demands, and judging criteria for creative work to enhance our creative strategies and ensure our top projects are competitive.
  • Award Submission Leadership: Oversee the complete awards submission process, guiding our team in selecting categories, preparing entry materials, and crafting compelling narratives that showcase the impact and innovation of our work.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess the outcomes of the agency's leading projects, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management or account management within a creative agency setting.
  • Proven track record of not only producing exceptional work but also pushing boundaries and establishing new benchmarks recognized in the industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and creative landscape.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional writing skills, particularly in developing compelling narratives and successful case studies.
