Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality and Safety Product Strategist to become a vital part of Procore's Product & Technology Team.

Procore's software solutions are designed to enhance the construction industry's efficiency, and our Product & Technology division is the driving force behind our innovative, globally recognized platform.

This role will focus on our Quality and Safety product team, where you will play a key role in executing the product strategy for our Quality and Safety tools.

Your contributions will ensure that our customers derive maximum value from these essential products.


As a Product Strategist, you will collaborate with senior product, design, and engineering leaders, as well as the broader Quality and Safety organization, to explore, define, and promote the future direction of our offerings.

Your analytical, discovery, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills will be essential in enhancing user experiences and boosting product adoption.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are adept at identifying trends in product usage and have experience in conducting evaluations based on customer needs.

We are looking for a Product Strategist who thrives in a dynamic team environment and is eager to advance their career.


This position reports to the Director of Product Management - Quality & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with a Senior Product Manager, Designers, and Engineers to develop impactful features that assist our customers in managing the quality and safety of construction projects.

• Conduct thorough customer discovery and validation; translate feedback into actionable insights.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to guide decision-making processes.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our strategic goals; advocate for the product vision across the organization to ensure alignment and support.

• Engage with customers and go-to-market teams to deliver comprehensive solutions beyond just software.

• Gain expertise in the construction industry and its unique collaboration challenges to effectively communicate the value created for our customers.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS Product Management role or 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Proven track record of customer-focused problem-solving.

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to deconstruct problems and collaborate with design and engineering teams to formulate solutions.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills; effective Product Management relies on asking the right questions.
