Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and results-oriented Lead Generation Strategist to become a vital part of our marketing team.

The Lead Generation Strategist will be instrumental in boosting brand visibility and generating leads in the digital landscape, while also enhancing web traffic and acquiring new customers.

Compensation:
$85,000-$115,000 Base +10% Annual Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and enhance multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email outreach, content marketing, PPC, SEO, webinars, and events, aimed at generating leads and elevating brand recognition.


Lead Oversight:

Manage the lead oversight process from generation to conversion, ensuring seamless transitions to sales and maximizing conversion rates through effective nurturing strategies.


Data Analysis:
Evaluate and assess campaign performance, monitor ROI, and refine strategies based on analytical insights. Provide consistent performance reports against established goals and KPIs to senior leadership.

Marketing Technology Utilization:
Employ Marketo and Salesforce to streamline, automate, and assess all marketing activities and workflows. Ensure data integrity and actionable insights.

Collaborative Efforts:
Partner closely with sales, product, and account management teams to ensure alignment and leverage collaborative opportunities across departments.

Account-Based Marketing Strategy:
Work together on ABM strategies that align with overarching marketing and business goals, focusing on key accounts.

Marketing Operations Management:
Oversee and enhance marketing operations tasks, including Marketo operations, lead management processes, lead scoring, and marketing performance analytics.

Design Collaboration:
Collaborate with our design team to ensure all outgoing graphics adhere to branding standards. Provide suggestions and feedback on design, layout, and copy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in lead generation.
Demonstrated experience in a lead generation, digital marketing, or similar role within a B2B context.
Strong grasp of marketing principles, strategies, and technologies, including Wordpress, Marketo, and Salesforce.
Exceptional analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Creative mindset with robust skills in content strategy and campaign execution.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with senior leadership.
