You must be self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Payroll duties
- Oversite of over 20 Operations Managers
- Checking over schedules
- Health, safety, and sanitation standards training and oversight,
- Daily operation of unique entertainment venues
- Opening and closing of facility
- Inventory management
- Build your TEAM - Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and continued development of all team members
- Ensure the satisfaction of all guests by implementing and maintaining proper policy procedures,
- Supporting all team members, ownership, and leadership in any way possible,
- Representing the company in all times and all places.
