**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telemarketing, virtual, and in-person sales activities to educate customers about community solar.
- Help interested customers opt-in for a local solar farm so they can benefit from the program.
- Learn relevant program information, sign-up process, benefits, Q&As, and relevant skills to ensure customers have a positive experience
- Meet enrollment targets and performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Compensation**:

- Experienced reps earn between $100,000 - $180,000 per year

**Qualifications**:

- Sales experience

- Knowledge of solar energy and community solar is a plus, but not required **(training provided)**:

- Ability to work independently, show initiative, manage your own schedule, and prioritize tasks

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
