Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

Job Responsibilities:
- As a Home Health Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's census development and market penetration.
- Your primary objective will be to ensure high admissions for our Home Health team by cultivating strong relationships with referral hospital personnel, surgeons/physicians, medical groups, and other healthcare partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales & marketing experience in a related field required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in medical practices, terminology, and procedures, along with a thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to home health.
- Basic clinical assessment skills preferred.
- Knowledge of reimbursement systems, managed care, commercial healthcare contracts, admissions processes, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and insured vehicle in accordance with state requirements.
