  • Oversee a varied portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
  • Work closely with agency producers to manage customer service functions
  • Act as a liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives
  • Engage in marketing renewals and account rounding to boost client retention
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of client information and documentation
  • Advise on coverages and submit applications to insurance markets

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management
  • Possession of an active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with Commercial Lines
  • Familiarity with agency management software (e.g., Applied/EPIC)
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding communication abilities
