GPASS is looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist who can multi-task with excellent work ethic. This position will need to be flexible and have exceptional communication skills. Depending on the evaluation post-hire, may have Full-time opportunity which comes with benefit package.
**Responsibilities**
- Process calls and walk-in clients promptly
- Ensures clinician productivity by maintaining calendars; scheduling client appointments; clinical consultations,
professional meetings, conferences; teleconferences.
- Conduct timely follow-up phone calls (admission/discharge/No Show/etc.) and travel.
- Process necessary reports (State Probation, Federal Probation, DUI Tx Court, PO, etc.) and
summaries, correspondence; planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling projects.
- Secure and maintain confidential client records and completing database back-ups
- Keeps office equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining
supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Serves and protects the community by adhering to professional standards, agency policies and procedures,
federal state, and local regulations.
- Complete on-going jobs training and legal updates to conduct best practices.
- Responds to all referrals promptly from our partners.
- Prepare & upload OPUS System (client's charts for initial contact, signed consents, Photo ID) for intake.
- Check eligibility on admission and twice per month, 1st and I5th, through EVS system
- Manage brochures and resource materials at front desk area
- Answer all phone calls and transfer to appropriate dept as needed.
- Upload all referral and any necessary Documentations to OPUS (EMR) system.
- Check client’s insurance info through EVS system before the appointment.
- Contact client within 48hrs from the referred date.
- If unable to contact with client, inform with PO
- Complete initial contact form
- Obtain Urine specimen on admission.
- Inform to PO / Referred person when intake completed & assigned counselor
- Check counseling status before Client seen by Dr.
- Update client’s information on to Access daily bases.
- Take charge on FAX activities
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong computer and technology skills (including knowledge of MS Office).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in Medical or Professional Office setting preferred.

- Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm, and ability to show flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
