We currently have an opportunity available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 4 month fixed term contract basis with the option to extend.

**What You'll Do**:
- Effectively handle a high volume of scheduling phone interviews and on site interviews for assigned roles
- Attend campus recruiting events and on-site interviews as needed
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on various recruiting projects, process improvements and other administrative tasks
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
**What You'll Bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency experience
- Experience with Lever preferred
- Previous experience recruiting Finance/Accounting backgrounds is preferred
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, building and optimizing outreach campaigns, and crafting creative messaging with good response ratesHighly energetic, positive, and enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong sense of ownership and urgency, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment, often with changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with G Suite
