Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Legend Biotech is seeking **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** as part of the **Human Resource** team based in **Somerset, NJ**.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support new hire activities to provide top-tier experience for new hires and hiring managers.
- Provide system (Greenhouse ATS) and logistic support for recruitment activities.
- Support job posting on ATS and audit the job descriptions and posts on regular basis.
- Ensure timely communication and provide necessary details to all parties involved in the interview process.
- Manage interview logistics including room bookings, video conferencing, and any other required arrangements.
- Generate and send new hire notifications and collaborate with various departments to facilitate onboarding process.
- Support TA vendor management including and not limited to registration, invoice processing, and contract management.
- Manage all general administrative tasks to support day to day talent acquisition activities.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience is required.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
- Experience in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferably in Greenhouse and/or Workday is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Proactive and strong time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and have continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high level of detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
