Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Top Group. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation schedule of goods and materials from suppliers to our facilities or customers.
  • Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs documentation for international shipments.
  • Ensure that basic logistics documentation is in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide updates on the status of shipments and deliveries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities and address any issues or delays.
  • Coordinate with teams to monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support audits and quality control processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred 1 year of logistics experience with NetSuite system.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
