Position Summary: The primary responsibility of this role involves the accurate posting of repair data utilizing Microsoft AX and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting Drive Medical SAP information into Microsoft AX.
  • Addressing incoming exceptions and resolving issues related to units and components that deviate from the standard RMA process.
  • Finalizing unit credits and replacement orders.
  • Supporting repair associates in the posting process within Microsoft AX.
  • Generating customer invoices for all non-warranty repair services.
  • Communicating with customers regarding non-warranty estimates and managing follow-up calls.
  • Collaborating with procurement, cycle counting, and supervisory teams to ensure proper allocation and maintenance of RAW stocking levels for repair services.
  • Acting as a liaison between the repair department and customer service to facilitate unit prioritization, status updates, and backlog management.
  • Preparing necessary reports related to repair, warranty, and labor data.
  • Assisting Manufacturing Engineering in the development and maintenance of repair documentation and procedures.
  • Participating in special projects as assigned by the department manager.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Supervision and Reporting:

  • This position operates under the guidance of the Service Manager, with most responsibilities reviewed weekly. Additional project work, potentially lasting up to one year, may be assigned in collaboration with Repair Associates and other business functions.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED with a business background.
  • 1-2 years of experience in general office or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Technical Service is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office software is preferred.
