**Essential Functions**:
70% - Provides customer service and computer endpoint support (Windows/Apple), hardware/software installation and troubleshooting, computer imaging; responds to help desk tickets and requests; serves as an escalation point for the Tier 1 helpdesk.

10% - Maintains documentation, inventory, and security of equipment and processes.

5% - Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience with desktop user support or technical support for equipment, networks, systems, telecommunications, or technology security, appropriate to assignment.

**Desired Qualifications**:
A. Experience working in IT, preferably in a higher education environment
B. IT Related Certifications
C. Experience with endpoint management systems (preferably SCCM and/or JAMF)
D. Associate’s Degree (or above) from an accredited institution

**Special Working Conditions**:
