- Examine, interpret, and escalate concerns based on key metric evaluations, event monitors, reported service discrepancies, and documented modifications.
- Enhance understanding of business cycles and capabilities to evaluate the effects of technology incidents on the business and associated support functions.
- Mitigate the repercussions of application and infrastructure disruptions on business operations.
- Collaborate with various troubleshooting teams to evaluate system performance and challenges.
- Offer insights and recommendations for addressing more intricate situations.
- Communicate information effectively to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Technology Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Experience with AS400 iSeries (IBM i).
- This position will follow a hybrid work model (3 days in office / 2 days remote each week).
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
