Job Summary:
As an Assistant LMS System Admin at Arizona State University Graduate and Professional Student Association (ASU GPSA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (LMS) platform. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the administration, management, and support of the LMS platform to guarantee ongoing consistent, efficient, and effective operations for data input, learning records, historical training data, and eLearning deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the LMS platform to ensure seamless user experience.
- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students on LMS-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance LMS functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain documentation on LMS procedures, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest LMS features, updates, and best practices to ensure ASU GPSA remains at the forefront of educational technology.
