Become a Key Player in a Dynamic Healthcare Technology Organization
Position Summary:
- Assist patients and members through various communication channels including chat, email, and inbound calls.
- Address general inquiries from patients related to their accounts, including insurance and billing questions, appointment scheduling, and prior authorizations.
- Facilitate care coordination among members' healthcare partners such as pharmacies, testing laboratories, specialists, and insurance providers.
- Troubleshoot general technical issues and provide effective solutions for members.
- Gain proficiency in utilizing our systems including RingCentral, Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System.
Key Details of the Patient Support Role:
Compensation: $19.25 per hour, increasing to $20.00 per hour upon permanent status
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
