**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **General Administrative Support**:

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage and maintain the office calendar.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Input and update data in various software systems.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- **Marketing**:

- Manage our social media presence
- Post weekly to engage with prospects and clients
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external partners
- Reach out to local professionals for collaboration such as co-hosting an event
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Address and resolve basic client inquiries and issues.

**Experience**:

- **Education**:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- **Professional Experience**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
