Department: Outpatient Services
Salary: $20/hourly
Location: Hoboken, NJ
Work hours: Monday through Friday 4 pm – 8 pm and Sunday 10am - 6pm (part time- 27 hours weekly)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Facilitates communication among the CCBHC team members, referral sources and people served by CCBHC, often serving as the initial point of contact for persons calling or visiting the office. Maintains the “living room” atmosphere as welcoming. Takes calls for referral and schedules staff appointments. As a member of the CCBHC team, performs general secretarial, clerical and billing duties as assigned with the program.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate or equivalent is required.
- Associates Degree or Graduate of Administrative Assistant/Business School Program is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in working with persons with disabilities and other service provider personnel.
- Billing and Data collection experience required.
