**Requirements**:High School diploma and work experience is preferred. Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, to multi-task and work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.

The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper/Accounting is responsible for preparing some monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations and investment reconciliations, prepare some monthly financial statements, assist with entering AP information and providing administrative support to the accounting team. Supports the receptionist desk as needed.

**How to apply**:
