We are looking for a proficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Naples, Florida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our upscale community, manage communications via phone and email, and keep track of residents' movements. Additionally, you will handle some accounts payable tasks and maintain records using MS Office and Adobe. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for our upscale community, providing superior customer service to all residents.

• Handle phone calls and emails, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist residents with various requests such as mail checking and unit inspections.

• Maintain records of reservations using Excel and other MS Office tools.

• Ensure all customer records are up-to-date and accurate.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Experience with Receptionist duties, such as managing incoming calls and visitor traffic

• Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on email communications

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks for maximum efficiency

• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on professional and courteous communication

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
