Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Controller/Bookkeeper to become a part of our team You will provide financial support and oversee the overall accounting processes. You will ensure accuracy in all our financial activities, while helping maintain and strengthen our company's internal controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the firm from a financial perspective
  • Manage the firm’s financial transactions
  • Oversee accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, and reconciliations
  • Responsible for conducting internal audits to be sure the business is in compliance with legal and ethical business practices
  • Approve wire transfers
