**Essential Functions**
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting all deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in or have the ability to learn more niche software (Google Drive, Slack, ShipStation, Upkeep, Galley, ReciPal, Canva, etc.)

**Responsibilities**
- Interacting with clients via:

- Google Drive
- Slack Channel (daily monitoring, fact gathering, answering customer questions as they come up)
- Recipe management (pricing updates, ingredient tracking, quarterly pricing projects, entering new recipes into software, sourcing products, vendor communication, updating build docs and production cards, and label creation and editing)
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting and sending mail, and scanning receipts
- Ad hoc research projects, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and acting as liaison for external contractors and clients
- Ordering supplies (office, kitchen, etc.) as needed
- Responsible for weekly deliverables and ad hoc deliverables as they come up
- Assisting CEO and COO with other work-related tasks as needed
- Occasional errand running

**Office Administrator Requirements and Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2-3 years experience in business/client management (required)
- Driver’s License (required)
- Ability to speak and/or write Spanish preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Warrenton, VA 20187: Relocate before starting work (required)
