Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in support of our team and clients, including but not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
  • Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
  • Managing schedules for conference and shared office spaces
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
  • Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
  • Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
  • Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
  • Organizing, maintaining and reporting on inventory of company apparel
  • Providing administrative and operational assistance to our training program
  • Providing administrative and operational assistance to project team(s)
  • Assists in planning company events and activities

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
