Office Administrator

**As the Office Administrator, you will**:

- Develop a business plan to deliver professional development opportunities and tools for the REALTOR® members
- Oversee the administration of educational functions
- Create the annual education calendar to meet the needs of the REALTOR® members to include CE, PL, Broker Management and designation opportunities
- Interface with the Department of Professional & Occupational Regulation (DPOR) to get classes and instructors approved, and report class attendance
- Serve as the staff liaison for the Professional Development Committee
- Partner with Virginia REALTORS® and other local associations for class offerings
- Assist the REALTOR® member with all their training needs

**As the Staff Liaison for the Affiliate Members, you will**:

- Find ways to utilize and elevate our Affiliate partners
- Manage the Affiliate Sponsorship program

**You could be a great addition to the GPR team if you have**:

- Superior customer service skills
- Advanced computer skills proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe) & familiarity with any CRM system
- Marketing & Social media skills
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to manage multiple priorities & deadlines

- Positive attitude & ability to interact in a courteous, respectful, & professional manner

This opportunity is a full-time position, with hours of 8:30am to 5pm (which includes 30 min. for lunch) at the GPR office (47 Garrett St, Warrenton), and includes 9 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday, sick leave, vacation leave, and health insurance.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
