POSITION PROFILE
The Partner Development Manager (PDM) will work closely with Microsoft and maximize incentives, portfolio, and alignment with Visual Edge IT's strategic goals. This PDM will be responsible for driving the growth of the ISV ecosystem by collaborating with selected partners to leverage Microsoft's cutting-edge technology and utilizing Microsoft's account installation base, marketplace, and geo-expansion through the National PDM community to co-sell top partner solutions. The PDM will also ensure VEIT meets revenue commitments and drives business growth.

LOCATION
The team is looking to add 1 Manager in one of the following locations; North Canton, OH; Houston, TX; Omaha, NE, Lexington, KY; or Ft. Lauderdale, FL

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with VEIT leaders to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth.
Develop and execute strategic partner business plans aligned with field goals and objectives.
Lead business design briefings to architect frameworks for optimized mutual success.
Build and scale partner digital selling capabilities, creating local strategies to align partner capacity and capability with Microsoft Solutions.
Monitor market landscape and partner portfolio, identifying opportunities and gaps, and propose new solutions.
Coach and challenge partners to transform their plans around consumption and key targets.
Develop go-to-market and co-selling strategies to drive Microsoft and partner sales goals.
Lead campaigns with various functional areas and partner marketing teams, ensuring sales targets are clear and actions are followed up.
Ensure partner readiness by developing marketing plans and securing resources to promote customer sales.
Resolve complex and urgent escalations on partners' / VEIT behalf.
Execute regular partner reviews and quarterly business reviews to track plan execution.
Advocate for partner solutions and issues internally, ensuring timely action and resolution.
Ensure partners are investing in building world-class teams and incentivizing them to drive sales.
Develop partner recruitment plans to create a balanced portfolio and fill market opportunities.
Influence partners and business leaders to upsell Microsoft products and services.
Leverage understanding of the investing community to identify potential big wins.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business operations, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience.
Advanced understanding of Microsoft's technology stack, particularly in cloud solutions.
Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies.
Proven ability to drive partner growth and revenue commitment.
Excellent relationship-building skill.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
