Team Management: + Assist in the recruit, training, and develop security personnel to maintain a high level of competence and professionalism. + Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as necessary. Training and Development: + You will become certified in: CPR/AED/First Aid, MAP (Verbal De-escalation), CRASE (Active Shooter). + Assist and ensure that all staff are thoroughly trained at all sites. Implement and improve site training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of security personnel.
