  • Oversee the operation of energy management systems to optimize energy efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry for asset management purposes.
  • Adapt schedules in response to project changes or staff absences to meet operational demands.
  • Review and authorize financial documents related to maintenance and repair services.
  • Provide input on project specifications and assist in budget planning for the facilities department.
  • Utilize various management programs for security access and service tracking.
  • Monitor contracts and service agreements to ensure compliance and quality of service.
  • Perform all duties associated with facilities maintenance, as required.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in facilities management, mechanical systems, or a related field, with five years of relevant experience; or a High School diploma/GED with eight years of related experience.
  • Familiarity with basic facilities systems, including security and HVAC.
  • Proficient in office software applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements: This position requires moderate to heavy physical activity, including lifting up to 75 pounds and performing various physical tasks in diverse environmental conditions. The role may involve exposure to noise, weather extremes, and potential hazards.
