Job Overview:

As an Account Executive at Kinect, you will be a key player in driving the company’s growth. This role combines business development with account management, where you'll focus on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and facilitating the successful placement of top talent.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand our client base.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Kinect’s services and forge new relationships.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual meetings to pitch to prospective clients.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering customized recruitment solutions.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of services that meet client expectations.
  • Track and report on account performance, including client feedback, placements, and revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the recruiting or staffing industry.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems is a plus.
