Location: St Louis, MO
Schedule: Hybrid (M-F, 7am-6pm)
Bill Rate: Pay rate: Up to $35/hour
Responsibilities:
- Address brokerage complaints from CLIENT's customers
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide clear resolutions
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience
- Active Series 7 license
- Brokerage operations experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations
- Competitive hourly rate up to $35/hour.
- Comprehensive training program
- Hybrid schedule (Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm)
- Full benefits and 401k available
