Position Overview: We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our startup PHP/IOP facility. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a robust background in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, engaging the community to establish strong referral relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies that fulfill the mission of providing top-tier mental health and SUD treatment.
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence in patient engagement and clinical outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders to enhance referral networks.
  • Ensure the facility meets all regulatory compliance standards and operates according to the highest ethical principles.
  • Collaborate with remote leadership to align on goals and secure resources necessary for growth and operational success.
  • Drive business development and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills, with a track record of developing strong teams in startup environments.
  • Deep understanding of patient engagement strategies, quality improvement, and community networking.
