Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Control the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of management members, ensuring they have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and review financial statements, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer service needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Marketing and Community Relations: Represent the venue in a professional manner, building relationships with local businesses, civic organizations, and media.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year college degree or equivalent in restaurant management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in restaurant/nightclub management, multi-unit management a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for teaching others.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds, move about the venue safely and efficiently, and handle food, objects, products, and utensils.
