Job Description:Door Tech is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive our growth in the Southeast region. This role is heavily business development and new business-focused. It involves securing new dealers and screen enclosure businesses, managing a CRM system, and maintaining a healthy sales conversion rate. The ideal candidate will develop and manage an assigned territory, perform cold calling, and maintain warm leads. Collaboration with the inside sales team and owner, as well as staying updated on market changes and demand trends, is essential. This position requires 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience, and the ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new dealers, building supply companies, and screen enclosure businesses.
  • Manage a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Maintain a healthy conversion rate throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and manage an assigned territory, building strong partnerships.
  • Perform cold calling and maintain warm leads.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team and the owner to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Understand and keep up with market changes and demand trends.
  • Close new business deals and secure recurring orders.

Qualifications:
  • 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the building materials industry or related.
  • Existing relationships within the target markets (Florida, Georgia, and Alabama) are preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, as needed within the assigned territory.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential, transitioning to a commission-based role over time.
  • Commission payouts over 3 years.
  • Per diem for mileage, food, and customer travel costs (hotel, rental, flight) with approval.
  • Company-paid cell phone.
  • General working hours are 8 am - 5 pm ET, with flexibility for calling clients/prospects in different time zones outside of these hours.

  • Lives in the Southeast region of the US, which will be the assigned territory.
  • Mid-career professional with a background in sales and business development.
  • Enthusiastic about building and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Capable of working autonomously and taking initiative.
