What you will be doing:


As the Sales Appointment Setter you will be having a high focus on  increasing revenue by talking to leads doing discovery and needs Analysis,  Discover pain, how our product can solve their pain and set appointments, Live Transfers,  for the Closer to present and enroll.  Follow up, and , managing a pipeline and nurturing prospects. 


  • 3+ Years of sales experience. 
    • Sales appointment setting Experience for at least 2 years ( Can not be account Management or relationship Building)
    • Phone/ Zoom Exclusive Sales 2 years sales phone experience. Only selling over the phone/Video no face to face
    • At least 2 years with Business to Consumer over the phone
  • If coming from SAAS average ticket  sold can not be more than $10K Total Product Cost.
  •  Sales Setter  that Demonstrate Ability to Create  Rapor, Understand needs and identify pain
  • Track record of stability with employers (No more than one Less than a year. Looking 2 years+)
  • Has had at least 50%+ of income earned per year be commission based. 
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently follow up, use of pipeline management, Note taking
  • Show ability to follow best sales practices with honesty and integrity. 
  • Competes at the highest level, but is also a team player and helps others win too
  • Demonstrated ability to be coachable take and implement feedback in timely manner
