Role Highlights:

As our Sales Appointment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting enthusiastic investors with the right opportunities. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with over 50 prospective investors each day.
  • Conducting 30+ conversations that are straightforward and engaging.
  • Utilizing our established script to ensure effective communication.
  • Scheduling 30+ appointments weekly with ease.
  • Maintaining our CRM system with accurate data from each interaction.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last five years.
  • No self-employment in the past six months.
  • At least two years of experience in a phone-based role.
  • Daily interaction with 30+ individuals in your most recent position.
  • Minimum of five hours of talk time each day.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Recognition or awards in the past two years, such as Employee of the Month or Top Salesperson.
  • Experience following a defined call script with accountability for adherence.
  • Proficient in data management within a CRM system.
  • Experience with multiple follow-up communications.
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback effectively.
