Role Objective: Sales Appointment Specialist

We are seeking dynamic individuals who excel at scheduling appointments with potential investors. If you have a knack for engaging conversations and can follow a structured approach, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with 25 prospective investors each day
  • Conduct 15+ meaningful conversations
  • Utilize our proven script to drive results
  • Schedule 15+ appointments weekly
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Essential Qualifications:

  • Stable work history with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
  • No self-employment in the past 6 months
  • At least 2 years of experience in a phone-centric role
  • Experience making high-volume calls, engaging with 30+ individuals daily
  • Minimum of 5 hours of talk time in current or most recent position
  • Track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs
  • Recognition or awards in personal or professional settings within the last two years
  • Ability to adhere to a defined call flow and script
  • Experience in data management and CRM entry
  • Proven ability to follow up with contacts multiple times
  • Demonstrated coachability and responsiveness to feedback
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
